EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS
KEY PEOPLE BUILDING SERVICES will supply all equipment and materials necessary for the performance of these services.
SUPPLIES
Toilet paper, hand towels, deodorants, hand soap, urinal blocks, plastic bags, and liners, etc., will be installed by the KEY PEOPLE BUILDING SERVICES, but must be supplied by you.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Includes on-site inspections and management staff available 24 hrs. a day, 365 days a year.
Cleaning services will not be performed on traditional holidays or those observed by your company.
