• Our contractor partners are required to use commercial grade chemicals to guarantee our customers a clean, fresh space.
• Any specialized chemical requested by a customer is acceptable, however, the customer must provide it for the cleaner and their expense.
• OSHA Regulations and Safety Data Sheets are mandatory

• TKP Customer Service is available 24/7.  For emergencies, call (800) 468-8283.  Life threatening or serious injury, call 911

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Checks
• Electronic Funds Transfer available for customer payments to The Key People as well as contractor payments

In the event of an office closure due to holiday, cleaners will accommodate to service the customer at another mutually agreed time

• The Key People requires ALL cleaning contractors to carry liability and bond insurance.  We update these records constantly.
• Contractor Partners are background checked and screened as part of our onboarding process.  Background checks can be requested by customer at any time.

• Cleaning frequency is determined by the customer and priced accordingly.
• We have contractors that specialize in one-time and special situation cleans.  Contact your sales representative and they will help you with this!

Customer provides all consumable products.  The Key People can order them and bill the customer for them.

• Our payment terms are on a monthly basis once the customer has their first clean.  Initial cleans can have longer terms (up to 65 days) in certain cases.

The Key People only offers commercial cleaning services at this time.
